At the time, Candelsa was looking for an expert in IT systems, as its internal IT team was mainly focused on software development, and they also required first-level technical support.
“We provide the client with knowledge and methodology, having developed a systems plan that has resulted in three infrastructure changes over the years, along with ongoing maintenance of Systems, Communications, VoIP, and general consulting,” explain representatives from IMHO.
As a result of this agreement, “the client has been able to completely offload all issues related to its IT infrastructure, delegating 100% of these functions to IMHO. We’ve become an extension of their internal IT department,” say the managers at the technology services provider.
